Brandville Atelier collects, processes, and stores personal data exclusively for the purpose of architecting and projecting the public narrative, brand positioning, and legacy of verified high-net-worth members. Data processing is governed by the principles of confidentiality, minimization, and purpose limitation.
Encryption & Security
All member data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized personnel operating under binding non-disclosure obligations. Your isolated AI environment is single-tenant — no other user has access to your instance.
Zero Third-Party Access
No member data is sold, licensed, or shared with third parties under any circumstances, except where required by enforceable legal process, in which case the member is notified before disclosure where legally permissible. No advertising networks. No data brokers. No analytics providers.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for the duration of your membership and beyond, as specified in your tier. The Dynasty Tier includes perpetuity for generations — your data is preserved as part of your legacy. Certain cryptographic records in the Legacy Registry are immutable and may be retained for the duration specified in your succession terms.
Member Rights
Members retain the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of their personal data. Requests are processed within thirty (30) days. Given the archival nature of the Legacy Registry, certain cryptographic records are immutable.
International Transfers
International data transfers, where applicable, are conducted under appropriate safeguards consistent with the member's jurisdiction and the sensitivity of the data involved.
