Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Brandville Atelier, you agree to these Terms of Service. Access is granted exclusively through validated cryptographic invitation. Membership is structured as an annual endowment or a lifetime allocation.
Membership Requirements
Membership is invitation-only. Access is validated through a cryptographic invitation ledger. Unauthorized access attempts are logged and may result in permanent exclusion. All members must adhere to binding non-disclosure obligations.
Service Description
Brandville Atelier provides an autonomous AI Private Atelier for elite personal branding, including the Heritage Engine, Aura Studio, Panopticon, Consigliere, Legacy Vault, Shadow-SEO, and Sovereign Services.
Payment Terms
Payment is accepted via secure Stripe checkout (card payment). All tiers are non-refundable. The Dynasty Tier is a one-time payment for perpetual access. Annual commitments are non-refundable once the induction protocol is complete.
Confidentiality
A non-disclosure agreement governs all interactions between the member and Brandville Atelier. All strategic advice, narrative assets, audit findings, and proprietary methodologies are confidential. Members may not disclose, reproduce, or reverse-engineer proprietary frameworks shared during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandville Atelier's liability is limited to the fees paid by the member in the twelve (12) months preceding any claim. Brandville Atelier is not liable for indirect, consequential, or reputational damages arising from the member's use or non-use of the services. All strategic decisions remain the sole responsibility of the member.
Termination
Membership may be terminated by either party with notice. Upon termination, access to your isolated AI environment is revoked. Annual members retain access through the duration of their paid term. Dynasty members hold lifetime access. Data retention follows the terms of your tier.
